Liberate Your Spine – Backbending

Saturday, March 10th, 12:00-2:00 at Yoga Sakti

Backbends can be both physically and mentally challenging for people. Our approach in finding both the effort and surrender in backbends will be accessible to all levels. In this workshop we will work the spine through six ranges of motion, postures that both strengthen and stretch the spine, also an extra focus on shoulders, hip flexors and quads.  All of this opening will stimulate the nervous system and invigorate both mind and body.  To sign up, visit the workshop page at
