Learn to Fly – Arm Balances and Inversions

Saturday, February 17th, 12:00-2:00 at Yoga Sakti

Preparation for arm balances and inversions is a great way to build strength, balance, and stability in your practice.  This workshop will open with a warm up and slow flow. The goal of the warm up and flow with be to touch upon alignment, wrist flexibility, weight distribution in your hands, shoulder strength, and core engagement. We’ll play with various arm balances and inversions and of course the ultimate goal of this workshop is to just have FUN! Come play and find a new party pose.

$30. Pre registration recommended. Please bring a mat.
